The congress was held from 27-28 September 2018 in St. Petersburg (Russia). Organized by TMG, it was attended by 380 delegates from 14 countries.
It is a platform for communication between all players in the OOH industry: outdoor companies, media agencies, advertisers, suppliers, research companies and the media; brought together with the intention of increasing the share of OOH against the rest of the media.
The intervention of Daniel Cuende (Co-founder and Innovation Manager of CUENDE Infometrics) together with Borja Balanzat, (Managing Director of Exterion Media Spain) was entitled "Modern European Approach to the Classic, Digital and Transit Inventory: Audience, Data, Innovation and Partnership by Exterion Media", where they presented the resultsof the study of outdoor advertising measurement on buses conducted by CUENDE to provide metrics to Exterion's advertising concessions.
