The Confianza Online Seal distinguishes transparent and trustworthy companies that are committed to good practices on the Internet and have demonstrated their adherence to the Code of Conduct. The Code indicates the behavioural guidelines of member companies in areas such as personal data protection, e-procurement, advertising and the protection of minors and adolescents.
Confianza Online is an association created in 2003 by Autocontrol and Adigital to increase user confidence in the Internet. Its seal is synonymous with the quality, transparency and responsibility by which certified companies are governed.
It is the only Spanish entity that offers the Ecommerce Europe Trustmark, a seal that gives consumers greater confidence in their online purchases in the European Union and offers a certificate of quality recognisable in the Eurozone.
