To ensure transparency and control throughout its value chain, in 2019 CUENDE decided to evolve its Quality Management System and voluntarily certify it under ISO 9001:2015 standards.
For the implementation of the CUENDE standard, CUENDE had the collaboration of EXEVI , a consultancy firm specialising in quality management. With more than one million certifications in 184 countries, the ISO 9001:2015 standard is a quality management improvement system that places customer satisfaction at the heart of the business.
One of the commitments of CUENDE's quality policy is to guarantee the continuous improvement of the quality management system, by periodically reviewing the effectiveness of the implementation and the fulfilment of our quality objectives.
Therefore, in January the annual External Audit was carried out by BUREAU VERITAS, without the audit team finding any non-conformity in our processes, a milestone achieved thanks to the work and commitment to quality of the entire team of professionals at CUENDE and which allows us to maintain the ISO 9001:2015 certification for the Design and development of audience measurement services for Outdoor Advertising.
